A program to support you to build and sustain momentum.

Have you ever put things off thinking you'll get to it? Perhaps its a leadership goal, finishing a project you're stalled on. Perhaps building a business or a career transition.

This program might just be for you.

Progress rarely happens in one motivated burst. It happens in small, consistent steps and it happens faster when other people can support you and help you commit to what you said you'd do.

What is an Accountability Circle?

Over a 6 week program, a small cohort of working professionals meet online to do something simple, support you to make commitments and build momentum. A coach will create a structure, the group holds you accountable where will power can't sustain you alone.

First Cohort starts ONLINE

When: Fri, 14 Aug

Time: 12:30 - 2:00pm AEST

Every subsequent Friday

Week 1: Kick off Workshop

Week 2: Check in

Week 4: Check in

Week 6: Closing Workshop

Price: $495 pp

Includes GST and event booking fee

So what can you expect?

Small group. A regular commitment. The next concrete step towards something that matters to you.

You bring a goal. It could be personal or professional. A transition you're working towards, a project that keeps stalling, a change you've been meaning to make. Each week you identify the actions that move you forward, commit to it out loud, we'll support you and report back honestly the following session.

The Circle doesn't need to understand your goal in depth.

They just need to know what you said you'd do and whether you made progress

The gap between intention and progress is not closing. Be it leadership development, a business goal, career or personal commitment. It doesn't matter what it is, what matters is you're ready to move.

You need to make progress consistently and learn habits that will sustain momentum - in 6 weeks, not 6 months.

FAQ

How many people are in an Accountability Circle?

It's a small group, typically up to 10 participants only. It's the opportunity to build trust and enough space to speak openly and honestly. We keep it tight so everyone can be heard.

What makes this different from other coaching, programs or webinars?

This is a working session, not a lecture or presentation. You'll work on your specific situation, capture progress and hold each other accountable with the idea of creating momentum towards a professional or personal goal.

Do I need to have a specific goal before I join?

You don't need a fully formed plan but you do need something you're working towards. A career transition, a leadership goal, a project that keeps stalling, a personal commitment you keep deferring. You bring the direction, the Circle helps you find the next step and keeps you moving.

What if I miss a session?

We get that life happens. If you miss a session, let the Coach know in advance. That said, check-in consistency is the point. Missing more than one session in six weeks reduces the value for you and unfortunately there are no make-up sessions. We'd suggest joining another cohort when your schedule permits.

I'm not in crisis. Is this still relevant?

Yes. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Many mid-career professionals and leaders attend because they want to take action or are keen to address opportunities and challenges now. Think of this as proactive strategy.

How much time does it take each week?

The sessions themselves are light — 60 minutes for most weeks, with a 90-minute introduction. The real time investment is in doing what you said you'd do. That's up to you and what you're working towards. The Circle doesn't add work to your week. It helps you prioritise what matters to you.

Will there be personal sharing?

To get the most out of the session, participation is what helps hold you accountable. This is a small group format designed for questions and clarity, but you control what you share. The focus is practical application and group support and encouragement.

What outcomes can I expect?

By the end of the program (if you commit to the progress), you will have: built momentum towards the specific goal you wanted to move, a sharper understanding of your opportunities and actions, defined priorities, and renewed courage and confidence.

Is this only for professional goals?

Some participants come with a clear career or leadership goal. Others are working on something personal — a creative project, a new venture. The Circle doesn't judge what you're working towards. It helps you work on the next steps. Note that this is not a replacement for therapy or counselling.

What happens after the program?

You'll receive repeatable tools that you can use again to hold yourself accountable to the next goal. Optional post-session 1:1 coaching is also available.
